Coaching programmes

Coaching that fits the player.

Kids, adults, performance players, one-to-one sessions, communities, schools and corporates — each programme with a clear purpose, a structured session and a way to see progress.

Six formats

Find the right starting point.

Young players listening to their coach

Programme 01

Kids coaching

For children beginning their sporting journey or building strong foundations. The priority is competence and confidence — not early trophies.

  • Fundamental movement, balance, agility and coordination.
  • Sport-specific basics, correct technique and safe movement patterns.
  • Age-appropriate drills, games and structured practice.
  • Confidence, discipline, teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Progress feedback and friendly event opportunities.

Programme 02

Adult coaching

For adults who want to learn, improve technique, stay active or return to regular play — in a group that takes the sport seriously without taking itself too seriously.

  • Beginner and intermediate learning pathways.
  • Technique correction, movement efficiency and game awareness.
  • Fitness-oriented sessions and recreational match play.
  • Group, weekday, weekend and individual options where available.

The method

Assess. Plan. Train. Review. Develop.

The same five-step cycle is used across sports and venues, so quality does not depend on which coach a player happens to meet.

01

Assess

Age, experience, goals and current skill level.

02

Plan

Programme placement and training objectives.

03

Train

Structured sessions with demonstrations and feedback.

04

Review

Attendance, participation, technique and progress.

05

Develop

Adjusted training, events and next competition steps.

Inside a session

Eighty minutes, properly sequenced.

A typical session follows a deliberate progression. Content and intensity adapt to sport, age, ability and safety requirements.

01

Readiness check

How the player arrives, any niggles, and what the session needs.

02

Warm-up & mobility

Raising temperature, joint preparation and movement quality.

03

Movement & footwork

The base patterns that make sport-specific skill possible.

04

Technical skill

Demonstration, repetition and correction at a controlled pace.

05

Sport-specific drills

Progressive practices linked to the player's programme.

06

Game play

Applying skill under pressure, with decisions and communication.

07

Cool-down

Bringing intensity down and closing the session well.

08

Coach feedback

One clear takeaway for the player — and for the parent.

Good questions

Before you book.

Can absolute beginners join?
Yes. Beginner and foundation programmes assume no prior experience. Players are grouped by age and ability, and the first demo session is used to understand where they are starting from.
Is equipment provided?
Venue and programme equipment requirements are confirmed at enrolment. Players are usually asked to bring suitable sportswear, footwear and a water bottle; sport-specific personal equipment requirements will be explained before the first session.
How are batches and timings decided?
Batches are formed by sport, age group, ability and available coach and venue capacity. We confirm the exact schedule before enrolment rather than asking families to rearrange their week afterwards.
Will parents receive progress updates?
Yes — progress feedback is part of the methodology. The format and frequency are confirmed with each programme, and parent communication is coordinated by the academy administration team.
What happens if a session is missed?
Attendance is recorded and missed sessions are reviewed with the family. Make-up sessions, credits and refunds are governed by the fee and refund policy confirmed at enrolment — please ask for the current policy before paying.
Are coaches qualified and background-checked?
Coaches deliver instruction appropriate to their sport, qualifications and assigned programme. Only verified qualifications and experience are published. Child-safeguarding expectations apply at every venue; specific checks and procedures are confirmed as part of programme onboarding.
